29 foreign workers held in raids at construction sites


GEORGE TOWN: Police picked up 29 foreign workers for violating immigration laws in four separate raids here.

The operation codenamed Ops Rantau saw raids carried out at four construction sites in Jalan Mount Erskine, Jalan Paya Terubong, Bandar Sri Tanjung Pinang and Jalan Jelutong.
