SHAH ALAM: The channelling of raw water from Pahang to Selangor, which kick-started on Monday, is in line with an agreement between the two states that was concluded some years back.
The state has to begin channelling water from Pahang because water level at the Sungai Langat Dam was dipping low and the two-year delay in the Langat 2 water treatment plant project.
