Global body ready to ship in 40,000 doses of rabies vaccine for Penang


GEORGE TOWN: Penang is ready to work with Worldwide Veterinary Services (WVS) on a mass vaccination effort as an alternative to the culling of strays to combat rabies.

Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said after a meeting with WVS founder Dr Luke Gamble that the state would set up a team to work out the logistics for the mass vaccination proposed by WVS.
