Two men abuse Penang enforcement officer over clamping of car

GEORGE TOWN: Two men created a scene when they yelled at a female Penang Island City Council (MBPP) enforcement officer over the clamping of a car parked illegally here.

One of them, believed to be the car owner, shouted at the woman, asking her to first remove the clamp on his Perodua Myvi, parked on a double yellow line in Campbell Street, before he paid the fine.
