IPP breakdown causes power cuts in Sabah


KOTA KINABALU: Sabahans will face electricity cuts for a few days following a breakdown at an independent power producer plant here.

Utility firm Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd said the construction of transmission lines, which was hampering supply from another key IPP in Kimanis to the state grid, had further complicated the situation.
