KOTA KINABALU: The Government should consider making it mandatory for MPs, particularly first-timers, to undergo training to understand parliamentary rules and procedures.

Dewan Rakyat Speaker Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia said some greenhorn MPs were unaware of the House Standing Orders.
