KOTA KINABALU: Pictures of over two dozen condom-attached panties apparently hung up on trees along a trekking trail in Penampang got the public’s knickers in a twist.
The mysterious find was posted by hikers on Facebook, who claimed that they spotted the panties but no one around, though there was a small hut nearby.
