PETALING JAYA: Paedophile Richard Huckle (pic) wanted to become a foster parent so he would have a continuous supply of children to abuse, he wrote on a paedophile website and heard in court, the Daily Mail reported.
The report said Huckle confessed that he wanted to marry one of the girls he had been abusing in Malaysia and raise foster children.
