Najib files stay application over Harakah suit


KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has filed a stay application against Justice Hue Siew Kheng’s decision in his suit against Harakah’s mana­ging director Dr Rosli Yaakop and the Harakahdaily portal’s editor-in-chief Taufek Yahya.

Najib’s counsel Nurshafiqa Balqish Jaffri told reporters that the stay application was filed on Monday (May 30).
