PETALING JAYA: Stringent child protection policies should be in place to ensure paedophiles such as Richard Huckle do not infiltrate local organisations dealing with children, said child rights advocate James Nayagam.
“A Malaysian child is not protected until the abuse is reported,” said Nayagam, who is Suriana Welfare Society for Children chairman.
