KUALA LUMPUR: In a landmark judgment, the High Court here ruled Friday that High Commissions do not enjoy immunity over labour disputes.
The Court said this when deciding an application for a judicial review by Chu Siew Mei @ Karen, a former Australian High Commission office manager.
