TAIWAN animal lovers have offered a sum of NT$150,000 (RM18,900) as a reward to find those responsible for abusing two stray dogs in Taichung, reported China Press.
The Taiwan Animal Rescue Team said its volunteers, upon receiving a distress call from the public, found a stray dog named Ka Fei (Coffee) lying in a pool of blood by the roadside last Thursday.
