Puchong food company raided for using fake halal certs


KLANG: A food manufacturing company near here has run foul of the law for using fake halal certificates.

The sauce and condiment manufacturer based in Taman Meranti, Puchong, was raided by a team of enforcement officers from the Selangor Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism Department Tuesday afternoon.
