Master plan for Bandar Seri Coalfields

The school is part of KLK Land’s commitment to establish amenities and infrastructure enhancement initiatives to further improve the township.

KLK Land, the property arm of Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad, has major plans for its township Bandar Seri Coalfields. It sits on one of KLK Land’s land bank of 6,500 acres (283mil sq ft) that stretches from Shah Alam North to Rawang. The market has seen homebuyers moving towards this vicinity of Sungai Buloh, and the corridor is set for rapid growth.

KLK Land’s managing director Datuk David Tan emphasised that connectivity is the key to any new township. Bandar Seri Coalfields is surrounded by major highways, including North-South Highway, LATAR, NSW, West Coast Highway, upcoming DASH, and fronting the main Sungai Buloh-Kuala Selangor road.
