KUANTAN: With the town’s roads and homes scrubbed clean of the red soil from bauxite mining, the question now is who will foot the bill?

Environmental Health and Municipal Serv­ices officer Abd Rahim Muda confirmed that details of the clean-up costs, who would pay the bill and to whom were still in discussion.
