Couple get jail for roughing up MBSA personnel

SHAH ALAM: A couple captured on video harassing a council officer for issuing them a parking summons have been jailed 14 days and fined RM3,000 each.

Lor Ka Hoo, 35, and his wife Tan Sit Fun, 30, admitted at the Shah Alam magistrate’s court to using criminal force to prevent 23-year-old Nurul Ain Isa of Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) from discharging her duty.
