KUALA LUMPUR: A High Court ruled that the “unsigned and undated” judgment which contains reasons for the conviction of Batu MP Tian Chua is valid.
High Court Judicial Commissioner Nordin Hassan said yesterday there was no miscarriage of justice in the matter before dismissing an appeal by Tian Chua, who is also known as Chua Tian Chang, 53, against the conviction and sentence handed down by the Sessions Court on Jan 23, 2014.
