‘We need more time to get used to it’


PUTRAJAYA: Employers have urged the Government to give them a grace period to get adjusted to the Employer Mandatory Commitment (EMC), which came into force on Jan 1.

Federation of Malaysian Foundry and Engineering Industries Associations secretary-general Pang Kong Woon said that members needed to study the policy and to adjust with the introduction of the EMC.
