Kedah Ruler confers award on Sultanah

ALOR SETAR: Kedah Ruler Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’Adzam Shah conferred the award of Darjah Utama Seri Mahawangsa Yang Amat Dihor­mati (DMK) on Kedah Sultanah Hajah Haminah, which carries the title “Datuk Seri Utama”.

The conferment was in conjunction with the Sultan’s 89th birthday celebration.
