PETALING JAYA: The Foreign Ministry has advised Malaysians residing near the site of the deadly blast in Manchester, England to remain vigilant and heed instructions by local authorities there.

In a statement issued on Tuesday morning, the ministry said it is closely monitoring the incident at Manchester Arena, where a blast at a concert by US singer Ariana Grande on Monday night left at least 19 dead and some 50 injured.
