PUTRAJAYA: Chinese schools will no longer need to raise a minimum of 80% of funds for their construction projects before applying for Education Ministry approval to start the projects, says Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.
The Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department said the Cabinet has decided to scrap the rule yesterday, adding that the condition was “unnecessary and unreasonable”.
