BUTTERWORTH: A disgruntled company director facing three charges of smuggling beer and cigarettes got jittery when he saw a reporter and a photographer from The Star outside the courtroom here to cover his case.

Tan Beng Siang (pic), 47, arrived at the magistrate’s court at 9am and quickly demanded that all photos of him be deleted on the spot by the photographer and that the report on his case not be published.
