SCI getting off on a wrong footing

GEORGE TOWN: The Chief Minister should not have been involved in selecting members of the State Commission of Inquiry (SCI) to investigate the Tanjung Bungah landslide, says the Penang MCA.

State MCA secretary Tang Heap Seng said this was because Lim Guan Eng should be called to testify as head of the State Planning Committee that approved the project.
