ALLOCATION for Chinese schools and Chinese new villages in Budget 2018 is reflective of Barisan Nasional’s strength as a multi-racial coalition that cares for all Malaysians, said MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.

Liow said MCA is heartened by the Prime Minister’s decision to allocate RM50mil for Chinese schools and RM75mil for development and repairs of Chinese new villages.
