MIC: Budget 2018 'most comprehensive ever' in tackling Indian issues

PETALING JAYA: MIC has hailed Budget 2018 as the most comprehensive ever in addressing and tackling issues faced by the Indian community.

Party treasurer-general Datuk Seri S. Vell Paari (pic) said that Budget 2018 had laid out five key initiatives for the Indian community, and pointed out that the most significant initiative was the target to achieve 7% admission and enrolment for Indian students into public universities, as well as Indian in the civil service.
