Apex Court grants actress' former driver leave to appeal in defamation suit

PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court has granted leave to a former driver of actress  Zahida Mohamed Rafik to appeal against the Court of Appeal decision which set aside the RM150,000 damages awarded to him in a defamation suit.

The three-man panel chaired by Chief Justice Md Raus Sharif allowed the leave application by Noor Azman Azemi on one legal question to be determined by the court.
