KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has issued a warrant of arrest against PKR vice-president Tian Chua (pic) for failing to turn up for case management of his appeal over his conviction and sentence under the Sedition Act 1948.
Justice Mohd Sofian Abd Razak said that on Oct 26, the court had informed parties to be present for case management on Tuesday (Dec 19).
