SEREMBAN: A 97-second clip showing a female police volunteer reserve (PVR) officer slapping two individuals believed to be Indian nationals has been making its rounds on social media.
The woman, who is not in uniform, can be heard in the video telling the men in Punjabi that she had warned them not to create trouble. One of the men is also seen with one of his hands cuffed.
