Pinhorn Road bungalow valued at RM2.5mil in 2008, court told


GEORGE TOWN: The value of Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng’s house at No 25, Pinhorn Road was valued at RM2.5mil in 2008, said a property valuer.

Teoh Poh Huat, 62, a former state Valuation and Property Services Department officer and now a director of Henry Butcher Malaysia (Penang) Sdn Bhd, testified in the High Court that a valuation report dated Nov 21, 2008, was made at the request of entrepreneur Phang Li Koon, who was then the house owner.
