KUANTAN: Three men who were planning to carry out their duties as citizens in GE14 were shocked to discover that "others" had already voted under their names.
Pahang police chief Comm Datuk Seri Rosli Abdul Rahman said the three had made police reports, two of them in Temerloh and one in Kuantan.
