Rafizi gets good behaviour bond instead of jail

PUTRAJAYA: PKR vice-president Mohd Rafizi Ramli escaped a jail sentence for offences under the Official Secrets Act after the Court of Appeal substituted the sentence with a good behaviour bond.

Justice Ahmadi Asnawi, who sat with Justices Kamardin Hashim and Abdul Karim Abdul Jalil, granted Mohd Rafizi’s appeal to set aside his 18-month jail sentence, which was meted out by the Sessions Court two years ago.
