KUCHING: Sarawak tycoon Tan Sri Ting Pek Khiing (pic) is not running away from court but will comply with an order to appear on June 29 after failing to show up on an earlier date.
Ting confirmed an arrest warrant was issued against him for not appearing on Thursday for a public enquiry hearing.
