PETALING JAYA: The government must pressure India to scrap the price hikes of their tourist visas for Malaysians, said the Women’s wing of Pakatan Harapan.
Its legal bureau head G. Sivamalar said that India similarly attempted to raise the cost of tourist visas in 2017, but reversed their decision following condemnation from many quarters, including government leaders.
