PETALING JAYA: Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said he did not anticipate what his former protégé Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak was going to do when he became the sixth prime minister.
“At the time when I was supporting him, he appeared to be a good candidate for prime minister,” he said.
