NGO coalition critical of human rights shortcomings in New Malaysia

PETALING JAYA: The Coalition of Malaysian NGOs (Comango) has urged the Government to uphold their promise for human rights reform as contained in their manifesto.

On behalf of Comango, Rizal Rozhan (pic), the Persatuan Kesedaran Komuniti Selangor (Empower) advocacy and capacity-building officer, said the NGOs regretted certain stances and positions adopted by the Government.
