Jeffrey: Pakatan reneging on oil royalty promise


KOTA KINABALU: Pakatan Hara­pan must keep to its election pro­mise and pay 20% oil royalty and not change it to profits, says Datuk Dr Jeffrey Kitingan.

The Sabah Opposition leader said the Pakatan manifesto clearly sta­ted that the coalition would increase the current 5% royalty to 20% for oil-producing Sabah and Sarawak.
