KOTA KINABALU: Pakatan Harapan must keep to its election promise and pay 20% oil royalty and not change it to profits, says Datuk Dr Jeffrey Kitingan.
The Sabah Opposition leader said the Pakatan manifesto clearly stated that the coalition would increase the current 5% royalty to 20% for oil-producing Sabah and Sarawak.
