PETALING JAYA: Human Resources Minister M. Kulasegaran has apologised for making references to the word "pendatang" during a speech in Tamil that he made in Nilai, Negri Sembilan last week.
Malay-language daily Utusan Malaysia published a report on Friday (July 27), claiming that he had referred to the Malay community as "pendatang" (immigrants).
