GEORGE TOWN: The popular Esplanade promenade will have a new seawall to protect it from raging waves.
The RM13.6mil upgrading works, which will be completed in August 2021, have started along a 420m stretch between the Medan Renong food court and the Royal Malaysian Navy base.
