Anwar: AG affidavit shows Shafee received RM9.5mil from Najib

PETALING JAYA: The Attorney General's Chamber has issued an affidavit claiming that lawyer Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah received payments amounting to RM9.5mil from former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak between 2013 and 2014.  

PKR president-elect Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, in a statement issued by his office, said his lawyers had received the affidavit signed by an officer in the AG’s Chambers on Thursday (Sept 6) morning.
