KUALA LUMPUR: The police and four others will file an application to strike out a suit by Umno against them over RM116.7mil cash seized during a raid on May 17.

Federal Counsel Mohammad Sallehuddin Md Ali told reporters after meeting High Court deputy registrar Rumaizah Baharom in chambers that they filed the application as Umno has no locus standi or legal standing to bring the action against them.
