Tengku Adnan: I did not sign KLCP due to amendment clause

KUALA LUMPUR: Former Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Mansor said he did not sign the Kuala Lumpur City 2020 Plan (KLCP) as it would allow the minister or mayor to amend development plans.

"As the former minister, I did not agree to sign the plans.
