Maszlee confirms stepping down as IIUM president end of this month

PETALING JAYA: Dr Maszlee Malik says he will step down as International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) president after the process to appoint his successor ends.

The Education Minister was responding to Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, who urged the former to resign as soon as possible.
