SHAH ALAM: New PKR members should familiarise themselves with the party's principles, and wait one year before voting for the leaders, PKR vice-president Tian Chua suggested.

"For those who have just joined the party, it's not that we want to deny your rights, but I want to suggest that you wait one year before voting for your leaders," Chua said at the party's National Congress at the Ideal Convention Centre here on Sunday (Nov 18).
