PETALING JAYA: A man was believed to have been beaten to death in a low-cost flat here on Sunday (Nov 25) morning.
The victim, who has been identified as 42-year old Dharma Dass Muniandy, was believed to have been attacked in a low-cost apartment at PPR Taman Putra Damai, Lembah Subangm, Petaling Jaya, at 7.20am.
