KUALA LUMPUR: The older brother of “Datuk Kabi” has been sentenced to four years in jail and a stroke of the rotan by a Sessions Court here for cheating a Chinese national student over the sale of a luxury car.
Businessman Datuk C. Anand Raja, 44, who is currently serving jail time at Sungai Buloh Prison for another cheating case, pleaded guilty before Sessions Court judge Ahmad Kamal Arifin Ismail.
