Muhyiddin: Cabinet agrees to withdraw moratorium on certain Acts

SUBANG JAYA: The Cabinet has agreed to allow police to use certain Acts that are under review to handle the Seafield Sri Maha Mariamman Temple case.

Home Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin (pic) said the Cabinet had at its meeting on Friday decided to withdraw the moratorium on the Pre­vention of Crime Act (Amend­ment) 2017, Prevention of Terrorism Act, Sedi­tion Act 1948 and Secu-rity Offences Special Measures Act.
