KUALA LUMPUR: Umno will not stop anyone from leaving the party but those who leave will be quickly replaced, said party secretary-general Tan Sri Annuar Musa.
Annuar said Umno does not bind its members but reminded them that such decisions (to leave) should be done on a personal basis.
