PETALING JAYA: The Finance Ministry will be providing a special allocation of RM77mil to Federal Land Development Authority (Felda) settlers to address the state plantation agency's critical cash flow shortage.

"The issue has been a concern of Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, who instructed for the allocation to be given," said Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng.
