MELAKA: Two snatch thieves here will probably regret snatching a lottery ticket seller's bag, which only contained toilet paper and an old Nokia handphone.

Poh Loo Beng, 63, was on his way to breakfast when the duo on a motorcycle approached him at Jalan Kota Laksamana at 5.30am on Jan 10 on the pretext of asking for directions.
