Wan Azizah: RCI into judiciary if there is a pressing need

KUALA LUMPUR: Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Wan Azizah Wan Ismail supports the Prime Minister's decision to weigh the need for a Royal Commission of Inquiry into alleged misconduct involving judges.

Stressing that the judiciary should be independent of political interference, Wan Azizah said, however, that an RCI should be set up if there was a pressing need to do so.
